Golden Cornbread Loaf

What You Need:
1 egg
Water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey
1/3 C nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 C of bread flour
1/2 C cornmeal
1 1/4 yeast
How to Make It:
Break the egg into a measuring cup.
Add enough water to the egg to equal 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
Place all the ingredients into the bread machine as directed by the manufacturer.
Select the basic cycle.
Makes 2 lb. loaf
This cornbread tastes like heaven. Cut it as soon as it comes out of the bread machine and slather it with
butter. There’s no need to warm up the egg before adding them in. Just pull it straight from the refrigerator and
let your bread machine do the rest.
